The number of silver ounces it takes to buy one ounce of gold. It's calculated by dividing the gold price by the silver price. The ratio has no inherent directional opinion — it simply measures relative value between the two metals.

The Zillow Home Value Index (ZHVI) for Teton County, Idaho — a smoothed, seasonally adjusted measure of the typical home value for single-family residences and condos in the 35th to 65th percentile range. This is not a median sale price; it estimates what the typical home is worth, not what recently sold homes traded for.
Year-over-year change is calculated by comparing the latest month to the same month one year prior. The arrow is neutral (no color) because whether rising home values are good or bad depends on whether you own or are buying.

Estimated cumulative season snowfall at Grand Targhee (9,260 ft elevation), plus current base depth. The season runs from October 1 to present and resets each fall. During summer the value reflects the completed season total.
SNOTEL stations measure precipitation in water-equivalent inches, not inches of snow. To estimate snowfall we multiply daily precipitation by a 12:1 snow-water ratio, which is typical for the dense, moisture-heavy snow at Targhee’s elevation. This tracks close to Grand Targhee’s official season total (usually within 5%) but will never match exactly — the resort measures fresh snow daily with a physical board that captures the actual depth regardless of density, while our number is an approximation from a single automated sensor. A light January storm might be 15:1 while a warm March storm might be 8:1; we use a fixed ratio that best fits the season as a whole.
