The driver, a 24-year-old man from Jackson, Wyoming, was cited for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. The marijuana, he said, was legal.

A deputy found the car as it pulled off the highway into a business and walked up to the window. The driver, a 35-year-old man alone in the car, took several minutes to notice the deputy, though a flashlight was shining into the car. He did field sobriety tests and gave breath samples. The readings were .149 and .150, against a legal limit of .08. He was cited for first-offense DUI and booked into the Madison County jail.
