The preliminary plat for the Pinnacle Peak Subdivision, a 38.346-acre residential subdivision on the northwest side of Tetonia, filed with the City of Tetonia under file number SUB2025-3. Eagle Rock Engineering prepared it for the applicant, PFG Idaho LLC. Each sheet carries the city's stamp "City of Tetonia Received 10-9-2026."
The plat lays out 90 single-family lots and 60 townhouse units in three phases, with an average single-family lot of 8,510 square feet.
- Sheet 1 shows the overall layout, phasing, utility mains, the street cross sections, and the open space required and provided by phase.
- Sheet 2 shows the lots and dimensions. It marks open space (183,946 square feet, 11% of the total area) in solid green, and common area around the townhouses (72,181 square feet) in hatched green.

It labels land outside city limits "to be submitted to and approved by Teton County."
